Tutu Bedskirt

I needed to make a bed skirt for the new bed of my two year old. I had this idea and I think that it turned out cute. On line you can find instructions for a ne sew tutu. I made one of these but much larger. I then sewed it to a piece of fabric and put it on her bed. She loves it.
