Freezer Meals

I started to do some freezer meals yesterday. Today, I have continued. Our family schedule right now is a little crazy with baseball season upon us. Practices are right during prime dinner making time. The Solution -- Freezer meals. Sometimes I will just spend a day cooking and other times I just make dinner as usual; but I will triple or quadruple the recipe so I have some in my freezer. I either use good freezer bags or disposable tins. I will cover the tins with several layers of Ceran Wrap and then foil. I write with a Sharpe marker right on the foil.
